The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) will become generally applicable from 12 August 2026, introducing new responsibilities for companies throughout the packaging value chain.
To support our customers in understanding these requirements and Livonia Print's role under the Regulation, we have published a dedicated PPWR information document on our website. The document provides an overview of the Regulation, explains the respective responsibilities of Livonia Print and our customers, and outlines how we are preparing for compliance.
As the practical implementation of the PPWR continues to evolve, we closely follow all regulatory developments, including the guidance from Intergraf and Frequently Asked Questions published by the European Commission.
We will continue to update our information and documentation as additional guidance becomes available and as further implementing measures are adopted.
