This year, Livonia Print is starting a new tradition - the Annual Employee Awards. This initiative promotes a culture of ongoing improvement, social well-being, and teamwork.
Reflecting on 2023, our employees nominated their peers in 16 different categories, recognizing those who excel, spread positivity, and make significant contributions to our company culture.
The awards recognize and celebrate exceptional employees within each of the many production and supporting departments. The most prestigious of these nominations, "Employee of the Year 2023", shines a light on a single individual's extraordinary impact. For 2023, it has been awarded to Inga Smagare, who is responsible for sending out the advance copies to our customers. Two nominations were allocated for entire departments, acknowledging "The Quality Improvers" and the "Safety Champions", underscoring our commitment to continuous improvement and workforce safety.
